Clyde Prestowitz: TPP will not curb China or let the U.S. “write the rules”

The Obama administration and its supporters falsely assert the TransPacific Partnership is needed to counter China’s growing power, saying “if we don’t write the rules, China will write the rules for the global economy.” Leading experts in international trade and national security say China will benefit from the T.P.P.
